What circumstances?

if two people love each other, regardless of their gender, they should be able to marry.

its none of my business what 2 consenting adults do with each other. if they wanna get married, let them get married. it shouldnt matter if they are the same gender or not

if it makes them happy then why not you only get 1 life you may as well do what you want with it.

i just found out the other day that in south carolina (and probably other states also) it is illegal for two adult males to have consensual sex in the privacy of their own homes.
thats just ridiculous

EDIT: nevermind. that law was declared unconstitutional in 2003. its about time.

I'd seriously kill someone if that law was passed. I'm serious. I love gay people. YAY!

i actually think this is stupid. in england, it is illegal for a man to have anal sex with a woman but it is legal for a woman to use sex toys to have anal sex with another woman and it is legal for a man to have anal sex with another man.

gay marriage is retarded. im not prejudice against gays or lesbians but its spasticated. the idea of getting married is to show love and commitment but mainly to raise a family. how do two penises create life?

what if i want to get married but dont want kids? should my marriage be illegal?
or what if i physically can't have kids and decide to adopt...

yeah thats a point. i put what i read out of a book by jeremy clarkson. i just think its weird for two guys to marry, i mean if they adopt a child, their life is gonna be screwed since everyone would just take the micky out of him or her

yes but thats an entirely different debate! teh gay adoption..shall we get into it? sure the child could be made fun of but what if the kid was an orphan in a developing country? surely their live would be better?

people get made fun of for a lot of different reasons. since when do we legislate to prevent that?
if thats the only reason, then by that logic kids shouldnt be allowed to wear glasses. they should be forced to wear contacts to prevent people calling them 'four-eyes'

i sometimes have to wear glasses and no one calls me four eyes, they just laugh at me instead. i just think that bullying would be a lot worse if you were adopted and had gay parents though rather than being a little chubby or shy

i just don't see that as being a good reason to make it illegal for gay people to adopt.
i wouldnt make fun of somebody for it.
and i'd much rather be adopted by 2 men or 2 women then spend the rest of my life in an orphanage or in poverty

I think gay people should be able to adopt. I mean, there are millions [exageration] of kids that are in orphanges and foster homes that need good parents. Just because the parents are gay/lesbian, doesn't mean they won't make a good family.

I mean, sure the kid'll be made fun of. That's just something that will have to be dealt with. Kids get made fun of for everything. And, people are starting to become more and more accepting of gay people and teir decisions. Kind of.
