moderator. [NEW!]

so i kinda figured my friend Meghan never really comes on this board much anymore. So, i thought, hey let's nominate a new moderator!

in order to do this they must have all these characteristics:
[x]friendly
[x]witty
[x]sarcastic
[x]organized
[x]not fucking retarded (that puts you out diedamnyou)
